I have written a book about bead knitting. It is a guide for bead knitting for beginners and describes basic techniques. It contains 7 original patterns and also shows variations that can be made on those patterns. My patterns take inspiration from antique bead knitted purses and the book shows some of the old purses that particularly moved me.
I am currently working on a second book that will be for intermediate bead knitters.

In October of 2008, Bead and Button Magazine will be featuring one of my original patterns. This pattern will, again, be inspired by a couple of beautiful vintage beaded purses. Look for this magazine in stores in the fall of 2008!
